Chloe Degen

Chloe Degen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at ABM Industries since November 2010, currently serving as Senior Manager of Sales Enablement, where expertise in training, content, and processes supports sales teams throughout the buyer’s journey. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Proposal Excellence, focusing on proposal generation best practices and reporting directly to the VP of Sales Operation, and Senior Manager of Marketing Programs, responsible for executing scalable marketing initiatives aligned with strategic growth goals. Chloe began their career as a Marketing Programs Manager and Marketing Assistant at GSG prior to transitioning to ABM. Educationally, Chloe holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University and graduated from Chattahoochee High School and Northview High School.
