Jaimie Kraus

Jaimie Kraus is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the technology and cybersecurity sectors. Currently serving as Counsel at Abnormal Security since January 2023, Jaimie previously held the position of Associate General Counsel at Markforged from June 2021 to January 2023, managing complex commercial transactions. Prior experience includes being Associate General Counsel at Alert Logic and Mimecast, where responsibilities encompassed contract negotiation and management for customer, vendor, and partner agreements. Jaimie's career also includes roles as Contracts Manager at Constant Contact and Iron Mountain, where strategic contracting and vendor management were central to the role. Jaimie holds a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brown University.
