Saffron Courtney

Saffron Courtney is currently a People Success Associate at Abnormal Security, focusing on people resources, documentation, and strategic HR implications. With previous experience as a People Operations Intern, Saffron contributed to employee relations and automated HR processes. Prior roles include an HRBP Summer Intern at WWF, where Saffron organized employee job descriptions, and a participant in the Disney College Program. Saffron's background also includes positions as a Student Instructors Aide and Resident Assistant at the University of Maine, and an HR Assistant at Broadleaf Behavioral Health.
