Camilla Cao

Camilla Cao has extensive work experience in the beauty industry, holding various positions in operations and management roles.

Camilla co-founded about-face beauty in 2021 and currently serves as a Co-Founder.

Prior to this, Camilla worked at Kosas from 2019 to 2020 as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing overall business operations.

From 2017 to 2018, they worked at OUAI as the Director of Operations, responsible for managing operational activities.

In 2016, Camilla worked at ILIA Beauty as the Associate Director of Operations.

Before that, they were employed at Too Faced Cosmetics from 2014 to 2016, first as the Associate Manager of Operations and later as the Operations Manager.

Camilla started their career at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in 2013 as an Operations Department Specialist.
