Natalie J Sperling has had a successful career in the business industry, beginning in 2005 as a Venture Debt Consultant at Capital Advisors Group. Natalie J then moved on to Duff & Phelps in 2007 as an Investment Banking / Strategic Advisory, followed by Raymond James & Associates, Inc. in 2011 as an Investment Banking, M&A. In 2014, they took on the role of Vice President | Strategy + New Brand Development at Luxury Brand Partners, LLC. In 2016, they became CEO of One | 19 Consulting, and in 2021 they became a Member of Chief, a private network built to drive more women into positions of power and keep them there. Most recently, in 2020, Natalie J Sperling founded about-face beauty and is currently the CEO.

Natalie J Sperling completed their Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University College of Business in 2004. Natalie J then went on to pursue their MBA in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management, which they completed in 2007. In 2008, they earned their MS in Finance from the same school.
