Frederico Lacerda

Frederico Lacerda is the Co-Founder & CEO of Pin People, a culture management and employee experience platform. Frederico is also the Director of the ABRH-SP Tech Community at ABRH-SP, a Founding Partner at 21212 Digital Accelerator, and a Digital Product Leadership Expert/Professor at Tera. Frederico has also served as a Board Member at Entrepreneurs' Organization Brasil - Chapter Rio de Janeiro, a Mentor at Startup Weekend, and worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture. In their earlier career, Frederico held roles such as CMO at Empresa Júnior PUC-Rio, Academic Assistant/Monitor at Colégio pH e Curso pH, and Swimmer at Clube de Regatas do Flamengo. Frederico holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
