Jeremy Dyer

Jeremy Dyer has extensive experience in HR roles, with a focus on senior management positions. Jeremy worked at Abri Group as the Head of HR Services starting in May 2021. Prior to that, they were the HR Services Manager at the same company from April 2018 to April 2021. Before joining Abri Group, Jeremy worked at Seagate Technology as a Senior HR Manager from April 2014 to December 2017. In this role, they supported employees at the Havant site and served as an HR Business Partner to Vice Presidents leading global engineering and operations organizations. Jeremy was also a member of the Site Leadership Team and collaborated with various centers of excellence for different HR functions. Jeremy also had a long tenure at Xyratex, starting as an HR Generalist in May 1999. Jeremy later became the HR Manager and then the Senior HR Manager, leading the HR team supporting up to 500 employees at Xyratex headquarters and across multiple EMEA countries. Jeremy played a key role in major restructuring programs and implemented improvements to recruitment and onboarding processes. Jeremy also managed compensation and benefits activities and collaborated with external specialists to implement new employee benefit schemes.
