Levent Karabulut

Levent Karabulut is an experienced maritime professional with a robust background in marine operations and surveying. Currently serving as Area Operations Manager at the American Bureau of Shipping since January 2014, Levent has also held the position of Principal Surveyor in Charge. Prior experience includes a role as Marine Surveyor and ISM & ISPS Auditor at Bureau Veritas Group from March 2008 to December 2013, as well as sea-going positions at Chevron and Güngen Maritime & Trading A/Ş from 2005 to 2008. Levent completed an education in engineering at Istanbul Technical University from 1999 to 2004.
