Catherine Francis

Catherine Francis is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resource management within the financial sector. From January 2018 to September 2023, Catherine served as the People Lead for the Investment Bank at Absa Group, driving HR initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and talent development. Previously, Catherine held key roles at Absa CIB Africa, HSBC, Liberty Life, Nedbank, and FNB South Africa, each contributing to a strong foundation in talent management and organizational culture. Catherine holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and an Honours BA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Africa.
