Luthricia Motiang has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Luthricia is currently employed as the Team Lead for Resourcing Operations at Absa Group, where they oversee a team of Resourcing Consultants and provides clear direction, sets targets, and manages performance and productivity. Prior to this, Luthricia worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Milton Resourcing, where they researched and recommended new sources for candidate recruitment, reviewed recruitment policies and strategies, and screened and assessed prospective applicants. Luthricia also served as a Finance Recruitment Consultant at Milton Resourcing and held roles as a Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Researcher at Communicate Recruitment. Luthricia's earlier experience includes an Assistant Sales Manager position at Truworths and a Graduate Internship Programme at W&Rseta.
