Hershey del Rosario

Hershey Del Rosario currently serves as the Head of Customer Services at ABSI since July 2022, overseeing operations for multiple Lines of Businesses, including KYC, Customer Service, Finance, and Billing. This role includes management oversight, client management, sales engagement, and financial performance of various LOBs. Prior to ABSI, Hershey held the position of Senior Operations Manager at Wells Fargo for a brief period in 2022, focusing on enhancing Auto Collections operations. From 2009 to 2019, Hershey was Vice President of Operations at Citi, with responsibilities encompassing leadership of Asia Pacific Credit Operations and Mortgage Collections for North America, successfully expanding a team from 20 to 400 personnel. Hershey pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at the University of the Philippines and attended St. Scholastica's College Manila.
