Bartosz Poździk

Bartosz Poździk currently serves as VP Talent at ABSL Poland since December 2023. Previously, Bartosz held the position of General Manager at Computacenter for the Global Delivery Centre 24/7 from 2020 until June 2024. Experience also includes roles such as Executive Consultant in Business Transformation & Strategic Change at BusinessPartner Consulting (2018-2020), General Manager for the Business Delivery Center – EMEA at Ricoh Europe (2017), and COO and Board Member at Credit Suisse (2015-2017). Additional roles include Program Director for the Warsaw Delivery Center setup at Credit Suisse and Country Manager for Professional Services & IT Service Management at Atos (2010-2014). Bartosz began the career at GE Capital (2000-2010) as Director of Operations & Risk Division. Education includes a Master's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Gdansk (1999-2005).
