Associate Manager at Absolutdata

Amik Adhikary has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Amik began their career as a Professional Sales Representative at Ranbaxy in 2009. In 2010, they joined Nielsen as a Modelling Consultant, serving as a link between analysts and client consultants. Amik was responsible for interpreting business questions from clients for the analysts and delivering analyzed data as business answers to the clients. After four years at Nielsen, Adhikary joined Absolutdata Analytics in 2014 as a Consultant. In this role, they managed key accounts, developed a deep understanding of client's businesses, and drove new customer acquisition while bringing in incremental business from existing accounts. Amik also drew actionable business insights from statistical models and conducted workshops with various teams to optimize distribution, develop media and pricing strategies, and provide thought leadership analysis. In 2017, they returned to Nielsen as the Manager of RMS Client Services, East India. In this role, they managed client services for the region until they joined Absolutdata Analytics again in 2019 as an Associate Manager.

Amik Adhikary completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing/Marketing Management from the Graduate School of Business & Administration from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from the University of Calcutta between 2003 and 2006. Their secondary education includes completing 12th Standard in Computer Science from Apeejay School from 2001 to 2003.
