Jennifer Kyeremateng

Jennifer Kyeremateng, Ph.D., is a Scientist II at Absorption Systems, a Pharmaron company, since February 2022. Previously, Kyeremateng served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Center for Vaccines and Immunology at UGA from June 2021 to January 2022 and as a Graduate Research Assistant at South Dakota State University from August 2016 to May 2021, where significant contributions included developing a fluorescence-based high throughput assay for profiling novel compounds as inhibitors of human ATP-binding cassette drug transporters. Prior to academic roles, Kyeremateng held the position of Biomedical Scientist/Department Head - Immunology at Lancet Laboratories, with responsibilities involving coordination of department management and maintenance of biomedical analyzers. Kyeremateng's early career included roles as a Regulatory Officer in Food Safety Management at the Food and Drugs Authority in Ghana and as a Laboratory Technologist Assistant in Chemical Pathology. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from South Dakota State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
