Tatiana Diaz

Health Service Delivery Lead at Abt Associates Inc.

Tatiana Diaz has extensive work experience in the healthcare sector. Tatiana started their career as a Policy Advisor for Adult Care at the Secretaria de Salud de Bogota, DC in 2009. Tatiana then worked as a Regional Consultant at the organizacion panamericana de la salud from 2011 to 2020. In 2013, they joined the Gobernacion de cundinamarca as a Subdirector of Public Health Surveillance until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, Tatiana served as the Coordinator of the Regional Initiative for Malaria Elimination at the Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social de Colombia. Currently, they are employed at Abt Associates as a Primary Health Care and Health Quality Improvement Specialist for the Colombia LHSS project, and recently was promoted to the role of Health Service Delivery Lead.

Tatiana Diaz has a master's degree in actuarial management in social security from the University of Buenos Aires, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. Tatiana also attended the Universidad del Pacífico (PE) from 2009 to 2010 for a course in governance, leadership, and public policies. Tatiana studied at the Universidad del Rosario, where they obtained a specialist degree in public health management in 2007 and a medical degree from 1994 to 2001. Additionally, in 2011, they pursued specialization in actuarial techniques at the University of Buenos Aires.
