Feseha Tesema, MA, MPH has a diverse work experience in the field of research, monitoring, and evaluation. Feseha started their career as a Program Manager at HelpAge International in 2005 and later worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation and Learning Advisor at Management Sciences for Health from 2007 to 2009. Feseha then moved on to work as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting Advisor at UNDP from 2009 to 2010. In 2012, they took on roles as a Program Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant at UNDP and as a Consultant for the UN Joint Program Design on Strategic Information and Data. From 2012 to 2014, Feseha worked with WWF, first as a Director for Africa Regional Program Design & Impact and later as a Program Design and Impact Advisor in a global role. In 2013, they worked as a Program Design and M&E Consultant at BlueLaw International LLP. Feseha then joined Martha's Table as the Director of Learning, Evaluation, and Research from 2014 to 2015. Feseha continued their career at US Pharmacopeia, serving as the Global Lead for Monitoring, Evaluation & Research in their Global Public Health Program from 2015 to 2018. Currently, Feseha is the Global Lead for Research, Monitoring & Evaluation at Abt Associates, a position they have held since 2018.

Feseha Tesema, MA, MPH, holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from The George Washington University- Milken Institute School of Public Health, with a concentration in Global Health Program. Feseha also has a Graduate Certificate in Policy and Program Evaluation and Research from Georgetown University. Additionally, Feseha has a Master's degree in Sociology and Social Anthropology from Addis Ababa University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from the same institution. Feseha has also obtained a certification as a Certified Development Program Manager (CDPM™) from Humentum in 2016.
