Rob Watts Fcipd

Rob Watts FCIPD has over 20 years of experience in HR, starting as an HR Advisor at Cambridge Mental Health Trust and later working as an HR Advisor at Saxby's. Rob then moved on to become an HR Manager at Diperk and Johnson Matthey. From there, they joined NEC Software Solutions as a Senior HR Business Partner and later became the Innovation and Organisation Design Director, leading a successful organisational design program. Rob then became the Human Resources Director at Arcus Global, where they focused on commercial employment law and deploying effective HR services and policies. Rob's experience also includes serving as the People Director at TPXimpact, where they played a critical role in the growth and acquisition of the organization. Currently, they are the Vice President of Human Resources at Abzena, leading the global HR team and providing creative and customer-driven solutions for the company.

Rob Watts FCIPD attended Hinchingbrooke from 1991 to 1999 where they completed their A levels. Rob then went on to Staffordshire University from 1999 to 2002, earning a BA Hons degree in Human Resource Management. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they attended Anglia Ruskin University where they obtained a Post Grad degree in Human Resource Management. Rob also holds additional certifications, including FCIPD from CIPD in 2020 and MCIPD from CIPD in 2007.
