Sarah Baniaga

Sarah Baniaga is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as Sr. Manager of HR Plant Operations at ACEN since January 2022. Previously, Sarah held the position of Head of HR, Health, and Corporate Sustainability at South Luzon Thermal Energy Corporation from April 2014 to December 2021, as well as External Relations Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant to the President & CEO at Trans-Asia Oil & Energy Development Corp. from 2008 to 2009. Sarah's educational background includes completing the Basic Management Program at the Asian Institute of Management in 2018 and attending The Wharton School in 2021. Sarah earned a degree from Pamantasan ng Araullo from 2010 to 2014.
