Shelley-Ann Black has had a varied work experience, beginning in 1998 as a Technical Helpdesk Analyst for Butler Telcom, Inc. Shelley-Ann then moved to Elavon, Inc. (formally Nova Information Systems) as a Conversions/Implementation Specialist. In 1999, they joined ADP Dealer Services, Inc. as a Client Technical Analyst - Fixed Operations, and in 2012 they moved to CDK Global, Inc. as a Virtual Implementation Consultant - Fixed Operations. In 2015, they began working for both ACA-GPS, LLC as a Customer Support Specialist/Project Account Manager, and Edifice Group as a Client Reporting Manager. In 2020, they joined Made For Love as a UX Designer & Project Manager.
Shelley-Ann Black attended DeVry University from an unknown start date to 2018, where they earned a B.S in Computer Information Systems. Shelley-Ann then attended Flatiron School from 2019 to 2021, where they studied UX Design.
