Bryan Alterman

Bryan Alterman joined Acacia Research as a Principal in January 2021. Mr. Alterman previously worked as a Vice President at Bessemer Investors (2017-2020), where he focused on middle market private equity transactions across a wide range of industries including industrials, business services, and consumer. Prior to Bessemer Investors, Mr. Alterman worked as an associate at WindRose Health Investors (2014-2017) focusing on private equity transactions in the healthcare services sector. Mr. Alterman began his finance career at Moelis & Company (2012-2014), where he worked as an analyst covering a wide range of industries in both M&A and restructuring. Mr. Alterman received a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.
