Elena Baturovich

Elena Baturovich joined Acacia Research in May 2019. Ms. Baturovich previously worked at boutique merchant bank Groton Partners, where she advised domestic and international clients on financial strategy, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and capital raising, with a concentration on healthcare and life sciences. Ms. Baturovich was the team leader supporting the firm’s managing directors in numerous transactions and advisory engagements for Royalty Pharma and the 3G Group, among others. For the last five years at Groton Partners, Ms. Baturovich was active in the firm’s investment efforts. Ms. Baturovich earned her MBA degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BA degree from the Saint-Petersburg State University of Economics and Engineering.
