Richard Rosenstein

Richard Rosenstein has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. Richard began their career as an engineer for GE Aerospace, but soon found their niche in finance. Richard worked their way up the ladder at Goldman Sachs, eventually becoming a managing director. From there, they went on to work as a senior consultant for Grant Thornton LLP and then as a VP for Baron Capital. In 2012, they became the CFO for SFX Entertainment, Inc. and held that position until 2016. Richard then served as the CFO for ISE from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they are the CFO for Acacia Research.

Richard Rosenstein received their MBA in finance from Columbia Business School and their Bachelor of Arts in mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Their manager is Clifford Press, CEO. They are on a team with Jason Soncini - General Counsel, Elena Baturovich - Director of Life Sciences, and Martin D. McNulty, Jr - COO & Head of M&A.
