James Carter

James Carter has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance and banking industry. James is currently serving as the Managing Director - Central Region Public Finance at Academy Securities since June 2019. In this role, they are responsible for leading banking activities for municipal issuers in multiple regions and has also been the book-running senior manager for a significant project.
