Ian Shea

Ian Shea is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Managing Director at Acadian Asset Management since March 2016, where the firm specializes in systematic investing and manages over $100 billion in assets for institutional investors globally. Prior to this role, Ian held several positions at bfinance, including EMEA Head of Sales and Director of Middle East Sales and Client Service, from February 2007 to March 2016. Ian's earlier experience includes roles as Head of Equity Manager Research at Mercer Investment Consulting from September 2002 to September 2006 and Analyst at Schroders from February 2000 to September 2001. Ian holds a BA in Economics and Geography from the University of Exeter, completed in 1999, and attended Beths Grammar School from 1989 to 1996.
