Kristina Denstitt, MA

Kristina Denstitt, MA has a wide range of work experience. In 2014, they worked as a Content Writer at PSFK, where they became fluent in the use of a CMS for web publishing, wrote articles on innovations in technology and entertainment, and researched subjects and conducted interviews. In 2016, they worked as a Data Collection Assistant at Norco College, where they administered a large-scale online survey to a diverse sample of participants, used stratified and systematic sampling methods, and assisted with data analysis in JASP. In 2018, they worked as a Lab Associate at the Depression and Persuasion Research (DAPR) Lab, where they provided strategic research support to several of the Lab's studies, developed technical solutions for Qualtrics surveys and reports, and assisted with survey creation in Qualtrics and analysis in R. Also in 2018, they worked as an Evaluation Consultant and a Lead Evaluation Consultant, where they designed an evaluation plan for a local arts non-profit, developed key evaluation questions and an evaluation plan collaboratively with stakeholders, and translated technical information into lay terms for stakeholder reports. Additionally, they worked as a Summer Assessor Intern at LeAD Labs, where they rated observational data for a leadership training program, worked with assessment team members to check inter-rater reliability and manage project data, and generated feedback reports for participants to further develop their leadership skills. Finally, they are currently working as a Research Assistant at Acadience since 2022.

Kristina Denstitt holds a Master of Arts (MA) from Claremont Graduate University, where they studied Applied Psychology and Program Evaluation from 2017 to 2019. Kristina also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from New York University, where they studied Film/Cinema/Video Studies from 2009 to 2013.
