Öjje Holt has held a variety of roles in the technology sector since 1999. Öjje began their career at Microsoft as Sales Manager, then moved up to Country Manager Home & Entertainment Division in 2004. During their tenure at Microsoft, they were awarded the Polaris Award 2008, presented by Bill Gates, and the Circle of Excellence Award presented by Steve Ballmer. Öjje then moved on to Sale Nordic Action Marketing as Managing Director, where they represented strong consumer brands such as Microsoft, Sony, Philips, Spotify & Apple. In 2009, Holt joined Apple as Head of iTunes Retail, International, where they were responsible for the sales and marketing of the iTunes gift card program throughout Europe. From 2010 to 2013, Holt was Managing Director Nordics at Spotify, where they were responsible for the growth and development of the #1 Music service across the Nordics. During their time at Spotify, they won the "Best Sales organization 2011" StockholmMediaAward. In 2013, Holt co-founded Acast, a curated platform for podcasts, and served as Chief Revenue Officer. Öjje was involved in the IPO of Acast in 2021. In 2016, Holt co-founded MetalCasino and served as Artist Relations Manager. Öjje also founded their own company in 2016, where they served as Angel Investor, Senior Advisor, and Board Member. In 2019, Holt co-founded Acamp and served as Founder & Chairman, and also became an Investor/Advisor at Afripods, which was aquired in 2021.

Öjje Holt studied Economics at Lugnet from 1982 to 1985.
