Madalina Monica Luntraru is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training design and education within the aviation industry. Currently serving as a Training Designer at ACAPS since January 2024, Madalina previously held the position of Head of Digital Training Content and Learning Strategies at Aeroclass.org, where contributions included developing digital learning strategies and implementing corporate training solutions. Madalina's tenure at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) spanned over a decade, during which responsibilities ranged from managing a global faculty membership and delivering virtual classes to overseeing a training portfolio in aviation law and environment.
