J. Ram Balasubramanian

J. Ram Balasubramanian began their work experience in 2003 at Convergys as a Support and Mentor on Duty, where they provided support for Road Runner Internet Cable and worked on troubleshooting Internet connectivity issues for residential customers. J. Ram then joined Sitel in 2005 as an HPUX Sysadmin. In 2007, they joined Bridgewater Systems as a Support Specialist and later became a Systems Engineer. In 2012, Balasubramanian joined Amdocs as a Senior Test Specialist and eventually became a Scrum Master/Senior Tester. J. Ram is currently working at Accedian since 2019, where they began as a DevOps/Customer Success Manager and now serves as a Principal Cloud Operations Analyst.
