Spencer Merrill has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Starting in 2016, they served as a Missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where they developed strong communication and leadership skills. In 2018, Spencer worked as a Customer Service Specialist at TLK Group, LLC (now The Results Companies) before transitioning to Insta chain as a Production Team Member, where they gained experience in welding and fabrication. In 2019, they joined doTERRA International LLC as a Customer Service Specialist and later became a Technical Support Specialist. Currently, Spencer is employed at Accela as a Technical Support Engineer, starting in 2022. With their diverse background and experience in customer service, production, and technical support, they bring a well-rounded skill set to their current role.

Spencer Merrill's education history begins in 2019 at Utah Valley University, where they pursued a degree in Computer Software Engineering. After that, from 2021 to 2022, they attended The Tech Academy, focusing on Computer Software Engineering without obtaining a degree. Most recently, in 2022, they enrolled at the University of Utah to pursue a Full Stack Developer degree, which they completed in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Spencer obtained several certifications. In April 2021, they completed the Learn HTML Course at Codecademy, followed by the Learn CSS Course in May 2021. Spencer obtained the Software Development certification from The Tech Academy in March 2022. Lastly, in March 2023, they obtained the Full Stack Developer certification from the University of Utah.
