Sheila Wong

Sheila Wong has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in product marketing, customer success, community engagement, and behavior intervention.

Sheila's most recent position was as a Product Marketing Manager at AccelByte, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Unity as a Senior Product Marketing Manager for SyncSketch from April 2022 to February 2023.

Before Unity, Sheila served as a Teradici Product Marketing Manager at HP from October 2021 to April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Teradici as a Product Marketing Manager from May 2017 to October 2021.

Sheila also has experience in customer success and community engagement/marketing roles. Sheila had roles at Canadian Web Hosting Inc. and AURO Enterprise Cloud as a Customer Success and Community Engagement/Marketing Manager from June 2016 to May 2017 and September 2014 to May 2017, respectively.

Earlier in their career, Sheila worked as a Behaviour Interventionist at Achieve Support and Development from January 2014 to August 2014. Sheila also had a Marketing/Social Media Manager role at CNTVNA from July 2013 to December 2013 and was a Behaviour Interventionist at the Okanagan Centre for Autism Intervention from October 2012 to April 2013.

Sheila Wong has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communications from The University of British Columbia. In addition, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2022, they obtained the Product-Led Growth Fundamentals Certification from ProductLed and the DEI Unconscious Bias Expanded Learning certification from Get Inclusive. In 2021, they earned the PMC Level III certification from Pragmatic Institute. Prior to that, in 2017, they obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from the Project Management Institute and completed the User Experience Circuit program at General Assembly. In 2015, they earned a certification in Project Planning and Management from Coursera Verified Certificates.
