Emily Tetto has gained extensive experience in talent, culture, and operations management. Emily began their career at Service By Air, Inc as a Sales & Marketing Assistant in 2003 before moving to roles such as Executive Assistant at Bain & Company and Fidelity Ventures in human capital. Emily transitioned to the events industry as Marketing & Event Design Manager at PBD Events, where they managed high-profile client accounts and multiple events simultaneously. Emily then joined Reebok as an Event Marketing Manager before moving to Acceleration Partners in various roles, culminating in their current position as VP of Talent & Culture. In 2020, they became a founding member of CPOHQ, further solidifying their expertise in people operations and culture.
