Michael Watts

Michael Watts is an experienced Salesforce Administrator and Team Lead with a proven track record in driving sales and customer service efficiencies. Currently at AccelerEd since October 2021, Michael serves as a trusted advisor and liaison between business and technology. Prior to this, Michael held roles at Kite Realty Group, where contributions as a Business Systems Analyst supported the implementation and maintenance of business tools, and at PTS Diagnostics, where leadership as a Project Manager facilitated successful Salesforce implementations. Experience also includes positions at Blackbaud that involved customer support and solutions delivery, a foundational education in Information Systems from Trident Technical College, and a decade of service in the US Navy in various operational roles.
