Customer Success Lead - EMEA & APAC at Accelex

Russ Perrett has a strong background in customer success and client services. Russ started their career at British Airways in 2014, working in customer services and operations until 2016. Russ then joined Gartner as an Account/Client Services representative until 2017. In 2018, they joined Morningstar as a Relationship Manager and later became a Customer Success Manager until 2022. Most recently, Russ Perrett has been working at Accelex as a Customer Success Lead for EMEA & APAC since 2022. Russ'sroles have focused on providing innovation and insights to enable growth, empowering clients to make investment decisions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

From 2012 to 2015, Russ Perrett attended Brunel University London, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Management.
