Stefania Mardare

Stefania Mardare has had a diverse range of work experiences in various industries. Stefania began their career as a Junior HR Consultant at Accent Jobs in April 2013, where they focused on recruiting and selecting profiles within the niche of Foreign Recruitment Services. During this time, they also performed tasks such as telephone screenings, test administration, administrative follow-up, and providing personal guidance to candidates. Stefania continued to progress within Accent Jobs, taking on roles such as Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Office Manager, Senior Office Manager, and Sales Development Manager. Stefania eventually became an Area Sales Director in April 2019.
