Betty Kochergin

Betty Kochergin, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in strategic program management and operational effectiveness across multiple organizations, including Accenture since May 2010. At Accenture, Betty serves as a Strategic Program & Ops Manager, advising on Global Mobility Ventures & Acquisitions and managing risks associated with business deals. Prior roles include HR Director for BRIDGE Energy Group, where Betty provided comprehensive HR support and developed talent management strategies, as well as HR roles at companies like MRV Communications, IBRIX, Emptoris Inc., and Fabric Networks. Betty’s background in human resources is complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Toronto.
