Omo O. currently serves as the Group Head of Digital Transformation and Projects at Access Bank Plc, where responsibilities include driving digital transformation and innovative initiatives across the bank's subsidiaries in over 15 countries. Omo O. has held various leadership positions within Access Bank, including Head/CIO of Subsidiaries IT and Head of IT Programs Delivery, overseeing critical technology delivery and portfolio management. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Technology Consultant at both the State of New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority and Johnson & Johnson, driving product development and stakeholder engagement. An active Board Member of the Agile Practitioners Association of Nigeria, Omo O. holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, along with executive education certifications from prestigious institutions.
