Amal OMAR has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Amal began their career as a Gestionnaire Administratif et Comptable at CARREFOUR SYSTEMES D'INFORMATION in 2003. Amal then transitioned to a role as Responsable Comptable et Administratif at Dark Star Presse, where they were responsible for setting up the administrative and financial systems of the company. Following that, they worked as a Chargée Administrative et Comptable at Cristal Décisions, where they focused on improving cash flow and managing client risks. In 2010, Amal founded and co-managed AMNA CLEAN, where they held various leadership roles and was responsible for overall company direction and development. Amal then moved to TÉTHYS, where they served as the Responsable administrative et financière, providing financial advice and managing the company's portfolio. Currently, they are the Head of Administrative and Corporate Services at Access Capital Partners, overseeing various administrative and financial functions as well as leading projects related to human resources and accounting process modernization.

Amal Omar's education history is as follows:

From 2020 to 2021, Amal attended IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Global Management.

During the same period, they also pursued an Executive MBA at IFG Executive Education, specializing in Management of Companies and Organizations.

From 2020 to 2021, Amal studied at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, earning a Master's degree in Management and Administration of Companies (MAE).

In 2006, Amal completed their Master's degree in Managerial Finance with a specialization in Financial Management at IFAG - The School of Management and Entrepreneurship.

In 2018, they completed a course on the Fundamentals of Private Equity at FRANCE INVEST.

In 2015, Amal received training on Financial Markets Level I & II from CEGOS and EFE.

In 2019, they attended Cegos España and participated in a 10-day training program on becoming a Financial Director.

In terms of additional certifications, Amal obtained a certification in Project Management Simplified from LinkedIn in November 2022.

Amal also received a certification in Thinking like a Leader from LinkedIn in April 2019.
