Suzanne Withers

Suzanne Withers has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Suzanne started their career in 1984 as the Director of HR at Freddie Mac, where they worked for 14 years. In 1998, they joined Newbridge Networks/Alcatel as the VP of HR and remained in that role until 2002. Currently, Suzanne is serving as the SVP of HR at Middleburg Bank.

Suzanne Withers attended Iowa State University from 1968 to 1972, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology.
