Wendy Shock

Wendy Shock, MBA, MSN, RN, is the Director of Clinical Operations Services for AccessNurse. Wendy joined the team with more than 20 years of healthcare experience. Most recently, Wendy was the Director of Patient Care Services for a large healthcare system in East Tennessee. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from King University (2010) and a Master of Science in Nursing Dual Degree Options Nursing and Business Administration (MSN/MBA) from King University (2017). Additionally, Wendy has a Nursing Leadership certificate from the University of Tennessee Haslam College of Business (2021). In her role, Wendy enjoys supporting and cultivating the growth and development of the clinical operations leaders and teams, and working towards positive change through strategic planning efforts. Wendy plays a vital role in supporting the needs of the team of nurses.
