Nils currently holds the position of Director Ventures at accilium, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's investment activities. Prior to this, Nils was a Limited Partner at Speedinvest, co-invested in Mathias Ockenfels' Speedinvest X 2 Fund, and focused on marketplaces and network effects.

Nils has also served as a Mentor at Techstars, a renowned mentorship-driven startup accelerator. Nils played a key role in guiding and supporting startups through their programs in various cities around the world.
