Christa Venable

Christa Venable has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Christa began their career in 2007 as a Hospital Pharmacist at Hire Dynamics, where they compounded and dispensed prescription medications and managed pharmacy inventory. In 2010, they joined McKesson / Allscripts as a Principal Quality Assurance Analyst. In this role, they were a key player on two Scrum teams leading QA UAT for complex and integrated hospital and ambulatory web, enterprise, iOS, and Android applications. Christa executed functional, integration, performance, and regression testing for new or modified software programs and procedures to verify program functionality with user requirements and overall guidelines. In 2020, they joined Acclivity Health Solutions, Inc as a Quality Assurance Manager.

Christa Venable holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy, which they obtained in 2003 after studying Pharmacy. Christa also attended Armstrong State University from 1997-1999, where they studied Pre-Pharmacy Studies. Christa is an American Mensa Life Member, having obtained this certification in November 1981, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the Lean Six Sigma Institute.
