John Hine

John Hine has a rich work experience spanning several companies and roles. John is currently working as the VP of Global Talent and Organizational Effectiveness at ACCO Brands since April 2023. Previously, they worked at Time Service Consulting as the Director of Dealer Organization Effectiveness from June 2018 to April 2023. Prior to that, John served as the President of JHine Associates from July 2014 to April 2023. John also worked at Ford Motor Company as the Director of Organization, Leadership, and Professional Development from October 2014 to September 2017. Additionally, John has experience at ConAgra Foods in various senior director roles focused on organization effectiveness and learning from January 2013 to June 2014 and from November 2006 to January 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked at Ford Motor Company as a Senior Manager of Competency Strategy and Learning from January 2003 to November 2006. Lastly, John held the position of Vice President of Performance Solutions Group at Provant, Inc from January 2000 to October 2003, and they started their career at AchieveGlobal as a Senior Account Manager from June 1994 to June 2000.

John Hine holds a Masters degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their BA in Business from Michigan State University between 1985 and 1987. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Incline Personality Survey Assessment, Predictive Index, and MBTI in the years 2022, 2018, and 2009 respectively.
