Shayne Hampel has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Shayne started their career in 1995 as a Finance and Administration Manager at Aldon and Co, where they worked until 1997. Shayne then joined The Geoff Penney Group, where they held various positions including Finance and Administration Manager, Assistant State Manager, and eventually State Manager for Colop WA. In 2006, they joined Pelikan Artline Pty Limited as Assistant State Manager and was later promoted to State Manager for Western Australia, a role they held until 2016. Shayne then joined Cooper & Oxley as Chief Financial Officer from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are working at ACCO Brands, holding positions such as State Manager, Regional Sales Manager - West, Supply Chain Director, and VP Operations.

Shayne Hampel completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Curtin University from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained their CPA certification from CPA Australia between 1999 and 2003. Shayne also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Murdoch University, which they earned from 1991 to 1995. Shayne's secondary education was completed at Willetton Senior School from 1985 to 1989.
