Heidi Smith

Heidi Smith is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in program and service delivery within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Program Delivery at Bounteous since April 2016, Heidi has held several senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Service Delivery. Prior experience at Ally Financial Inc. spanned over 17 years, where Heidi managed IT operations and strategic initiatives across various domains, including vehicle servicing, platform modernization, and global credit risk systems. Prior roles at GMAC and consulting work with Accenture provided a foundation in project management and operational oversight. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
