Rhonda Mensah, M.S., PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources leadership, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Accountable Healthcare Staffing since May 2014. Previously, Rhonda held roles including Director of Talent Acquisition at OneBlood, Human Resources Director at NCCI Holdings, Inc., and Vice President of Human Resources at both Tandem Staffing Solutions, Inc. and Intracoastal Health Systems, Inc. Early career experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Total Physician Services. Rhonda holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development and Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Professional Studies, both from Barry University.
