CX Lead at Accountor Group

Sanna Eulenberger has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Currently, they hold the role of CX Lead at Accountor Group, where they lead customer experience initiatives. Throughout their career, Sanna has gained expertise in areas such as service design, business development, agile and lean practices, marketing communications, PR, and media relations. Sanna has also been involved in various projects related to brand management, website development, and CRM system implementation.

Sanna Eulenberger holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. Sanna obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university. Sanna also completed vocational teaching studies at Haaga-Helia School of Vocational Teacher Education and basic studies in Educational Sciences from Helsinki Open University. Sanna has a degree in Supervision with a focus on supervision from Muurlan opisto. Sanna has various certifications including Certified Business Coach, Certified Business Coach Master, and Group & Team Coaching Diploma from the Business Coaching Institute. Sanna is also a Certified Foresight Professional from the University of Turku. Additionally, Sanna has certifications in motivation, sociocracy, and service design. Furthermore, they have obtained certifications from other institutions, including EMCC Global and International Coaching Federation.
