We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales within the federal sector, cultivating relationships with key government agencies, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a deep understanding of federal procurement processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth within the federal market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within federal agencies.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicate how our products can address those needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales process.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, government regulations, and competitive offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market.
  • Work with Accrete to generate custom solution value propositions

Qualifications:

  • Eligibility for Federal Top Secret security clearance.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Federal market, with at least 3-5 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of Federal procurement processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Lifelong learner who stays current and knowledgeable in the ever-changing technology space.
  • Experienced with CRM software like Salesforce and Business Development outreach software solutions.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Masters degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Technology is a plus

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 Base + uncapped commission. The expected OTE is $300,000-$350,000.
