Olivia Primeaux has a long and varied work experience. Olivia began their career in 2002 as a Customer Service Representative at Landstar, where they handled accounts payable and issued PO's for tire purchases, as well as providing customer service for those interested in signing up for the company's savings program. In 2008, they moved to General Mills as an Executive Assistant to the plant manager and senior leadership team, providing assistance to the safety, technical & engineering, finance, and human resources departments. In 2013, they began working part-time as an Office Manager for Growth Dimensions Economic Development for Belvidere-Boone County, and also took on a role as Executive Assistant/Manager at Practice Velocity, where they managed the Quality Assurance Clerk team and conducted research, prepared statistical reports, handled information requests, and performed clerical functions. Finally, in 2017, they joined Experity as a Senior Quality Assurance Tester, working with client applications to become a subject matter expert on functionality and testing software using best practice methodologies. In 2022, they began their current role as a QA Analyst III at AccuLynx.

Olivia Primeaux completed their Bachelor of Science in Management Studies at Rockford University between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they earned their Associates in Arts at Rock Valley College between 2002 and 2005.
