Stepheni Norton, MSc-PM, MPs-B, CSPO has extensive experience in the fields of software compliance, product management, and data governance. Stepheni has held various roles in notable companies such as Accumulus Synergy, where they served as the Director of Product Security and was responsible for developing a SaaS platform for bringing new therapeutics to patients faster. Additionally, they worked at USDM Life Sciences as the Compliance & Validation Lead for SaaS Development and as the Director of Product Management, where they led teams and ensured quality and compliance standards were met. Stepheni also has experience in the U.S. Coast Guard, where they streamlined processes and developed real-time training and reporting tools. Prior to their current roles, they founded 21 CFR Consulting, a global consulting firm, and worked as a Software Compliance Engineer and Project Manager at USDM Life Sciences.
