David Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David began their career as a Fire Control Technician in the US Navy from 1991 to 1997, where they performed maintenance on Fire Control Equipment and utilized mathematical skills to track maritime contacts. After that, they joined Intel Corporation as a Maintenance Technician from 1997 to 2002, consistently exceeding department goals and earning incremental raises and bonuses. David then worked as an Animal Care Specialist at Aves Labs, INC from 2004 to 2005, where they provided high-quality care to research animals and implemented an Excel spreadsheet for research projects. In 2005, they worked as an Inventory Specialist at Wal-Mart, assisting in sales floor remodeling and providing excellent customer service. David also served as the Repair Bench Manager at Saint Helens Computer Center from 2005 to 2007, where they increased bench efficiency and received a promotion. From 2007 to 2008, David worked as a Field Representative at NSTAR Global Services, performing major software upgrades on TomoTherapy HiArt Radiation Treatment Systems. From 2008 to 2011, they continued working as a Field Service Engineer at TomoTherapy, liaising with customers and resolving issues with the HiArt System. Finally, they joined Accuray in 2011 as a Field Service Engineer, where they continued their role of customer liaison and maintained and repaired the TomoTherapy HiArt System.
David Jones attended DeVry University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology. Prior to that, they graduated from Portland Christian High School in 1991, receiving their High School Diploma with a focus on Advanced Economics. In addition to their formal education, David also obtained certifications in various fields. In June 2013, they acquired the CEMPRO Customer Facing Advocate certification from CRMI, and in March 2006, they obtained the CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA.
